Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the neonstar Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.

• Notify neonstar's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

neonstar reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is in breach of these Terms, pending investigation. During any such suspension, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.

Know Your Customer (KYC): neonstar is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on the neonstar Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. neonstar supports a range of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by neonstar's payment processing systems. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. neonstar does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.

General bonus conditions applicable to all neonstar promotions include:

• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward neonstar staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by the Platform.

All content on the neonstar Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of neonstar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from neonstar.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neonstar, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures beyond neonstar's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

neonstar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your neonstar account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude neonstar's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

neonstar operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
